After reviewing the model releases from all models who were photographed on Treasure Island, I have determined that the coward who post8 ed this is a model known as Anna Marie Victoria, www.modelmayhem.com/2522063. She is the only one of 8 who does not live in Southern California or another state. My notes on her shoot indicate she requested that a photo showing a kiss-your-sister type kiss with another model not be published. It wasn't.

Unlike this person, I will not invade privacy by posting her real name, occupation or home address. I will not make any false allegations as pay back. 

What I will do is post some photos from the shoot in question. You can judge for yourself whether these show someone who is being coerced, victimized, weirded out or instead someone having a good time. The photo on some rocks in a yellow shirt was at the end of the shoot, where we (3) stopped to view the sunset over the SF Bay. Again, you can judge whether these show someone in a "thank God the ordeal is finally over" state of mind.

BTW, apparently the site TOS barring posting of home addresses do not apply to females crying wolf.

I am a hobby photographer and I do indeed shoot nude models. The models, including the author of the complaint, are contacted as part of organized events staged by a professional photo studio in San Francisco. Several shoots were indeed carried out on Treasure Island during summer 2012.

I pay models hired through the studio cash for their services according to rates set by the model. Every model is informed that they do not have to do anything they don't want to do during a shoot. Every model is told that should anything be suggested that doesn't work for the model, all they have to do is say so and that's the end of it. None of the shoots I do involve hard-core content. No one has ever been asked to perform sex acts with another model during a shoot. I have never placed my fingers in any model's "p**ssy" nor told any model I wanted to "eat [her] out" .

Since this person does not have the courage to identify herself or the other model, it's difficult to specifically respond to the scurrilous content of this complaint. Nor is it possible to respond to hearsay claims allegedly coming from unnamed other people. I will not dignify the references to my alleged physical condition with a response; I will just observe that such bile is strong evidence of the poster's malicious intent.

Whoever it is certainly did not express any complaint to me, either at the time of the shoot or after. The person also has obviously never been to my house, either during the day or overnight. Whoever it is did gladly accept the $100/hr model fee that was promised her and also signed a promotional release for use of the photos.

It may be that unexpressed offense was taken at some suggestion to non-sexually touch another model. It may be that this pushed some psychological button that I did not know about and that the resulting anger is being expressed in passive-agressive fashion through an anonymous Internet posting. That's unfortunate - also a rotten dirty trick.
