Last Chance Cash Advance / ID Theft Protection Charged my account for a service I did not agree to! Internet

I was searching for a payday loan... I went through this website. I did not like any of the options and went through a different website. A month later I have two electronic checks that were processed through my checking account. I called the 1-866* number and it was ID Theft Protection. They stated I agreed to it in the terms. I NEVER received a loan from Last Chance Cash Advance! To make matters worse, I was charged 2 overdraft fees. So, I had one electronic check processed for $33.98 and one for $19.63 and two overdraft fees that came up to $60 bucks for a service I never agreed to.
Why would someone sign up for a service that cost more money when they are trying to get a payday advance???? My reason for a payday advance is that I don't have any money!
When you call the 1866* number one of the options is to get the status of your refund for the service charge. That tells you something right there!
