Launch Local, that was just Axiom Advertising is the biggest scam in the world! They lie to every upcoming college grad making them feel special when they lie straight to your face about every detail of the company!

I wasted my time applying and going on the second interview. They suck you right in and lie!!! So here are the truthful, lies in order.

Lie #1 - "We are a marketing firm/advertising agency"

Lie!!!! These people create and sell program incentives. Better yet, the clients don't pay for the services? So how is management making all the money? Where is the money coming from? They don't do actual marketing campaigns! No press releases, promotional activities, events, nothing. It's the type of people where they sell "I can get you a really good deal for $40.00 valued at $240.00".

Lie #2- "We have multiple positions open"

Complete lie!!!!! The human resource manager, Tracy, who is a mother, lied to me over the phone and said we have a public relations position open, marketing and customer service. Lie. All people start as sales rep. Thats it. They call that the "PR team" Public relations isn't sales! Two different fields idiots!!

Lie #3- "Full time employees get full benefits and salary"

Lie. Tracy told me over the phone they offer benefits to full time employees. You don't recieve benefits until you're in management. In the real world, that does not happen! It's not salary based or commission. You make money if you sell the incentives. If you don't, then you don't have any money! They also pay cash! IN the real world, it's a bi-weekly or weekly check!

You make 10.00 per incentive you sell. You also have to travel to area to sell. They don't pay for gas or anything. It's not a career or even job! Any bum on the street will be hired! They suck you right in and make you feel special, asking you "smart" questions especially if you're a college grad. Anybody gets hired!

Watch out for Linda! She's a manager who acts like she is so smart and makes you feel like you're special for Launch Local. However, she is lazy and does not do a damn thing at work. She also makes ten dollars an incentive sold. But wait, remind yourself that she isn't selling anything!!! She makes all the money for no reason!! Scam!!

Linda also told one of her employees that trained me on the day I was on my stupid second interview that it's paid training. Lie. She told her that she would make $800.00 in two weeks. However, she sold plenty of promotional incentives and used that against her. Therefore, if she sold 40, she only made $400.00 instead of $800.00! So rude.

Launch Local sucks. They lie to people, grown women who lie! Don't apply there, don't waste your time. I went on the second interview and wasted my whole day. I found out that all you do is go business to business selling stupid promotional incentives without an hourly wage or salary! NO benefits! no gas card! nothing! lie after lie! not worth it!

I can honestly say I hope Launch local aka the old Axiom Advertising fails. I hope they get caught for what they do to people! Please do me a favor, and don't apply there, especially college grads!
