Ordered a MAC lipstick I had for sale on Amazon and shortly after she received her delivery (I always use tracking) she sent me this exact message: "Hello When I opened my lipstick order, there was no product inside the tube! Please refund the total and let me know when this is done. Thank you."
I sent her this reply, I order directly from MAC and I check every order before its wrapped and I know for a fact this is not the case, she expected me to just run and give her a refund with no proof of any of this. When I questioned her she told me she had never had to return anything to amazon and very haughtily told me she would be leaving negative feedback. I did offer to authorize her a return label and upon receipt of the "empty tube" of a limited edition sold out lipstick, she refused to send it back. Why would you refuse a paid postage returned way to get your 22.00 back? I added that if the tube came back to me with the color scraped out I would not give her a full refund. I said I would send the tube back to MAC because I have all receipts and proof of my purchase. She still refused and proceeded to leave me negative feedback I told her I would be stating my case here. This is the Gods honest truth and I have copy's of all messages top prove it!

The case has been closed and Amazon has decided I was in no way responsible nor did they feel I was in anyway at fault, the sad part is they did cover the dishonest buyer Laura Ferrazzo as that is what A-Z insurance does, Although she may feel a small victory for her 22.00 lipstick, she is forever Google cached as a petty vindictive woman who tried to steal from someone who would not take it, he name will be synonymous with rip off report any time she is looked up by any one this will follow in the search criteria. People like her are why costs for things are so high, they have found a way to steal from people when they buy on ebay or Amazon abusing buyer protection plans, and she definitely was doing just that. I asked Amazon to please see if she had a record of this and submitted all her threats of feedback extortion if I did not refund her with her returning anything to me, it was not 15 minutes later they sent me the news case closed and in my favor. I do not feel good about that because she still cost the consumers by this action of pettiness and thievery.

The cost of doing business is the trust your customers. Perhaps you could take a lesson through that...business have costs and I am sorry you don't realize that you and not I or MAC are responsible when I purchase from you.
MAC is not responsible but you are. You need to make that clear in your policy section. The tube is clean and I am tempted to mail it back just to show you. I have ordered other lipsticks from other vendors without problem. If I wanted free lipsticks there are many other ways to get it without ripping you off.
I resent your attitude of "its MACs problem not mine"
Please send your address so if I decide I can mail the empty tube back.
