Well the loan i received has a 8% interest rate with a cap of 10.25%. The rate adjusts every 1st of the month starting 1/1/07. We had the closing on 11/16/06. I am absolutely furious that he totally lied and misrepresented himself. The closing cost fees were also outrageous.
I am doing everything I can to stop this man , and informing other people about him.From this website, to the attorney general, bronx D.A , and BBB. Always have a lawyer present when you go to a closing and if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
Nationwide lending group is not associated with Nationwide Insurance.
