Lavish Skin Ripoff return policy Santa Ana CA.

Cancelled my account with Lavish Skin in May, 2014, received new product in June and was debited 89.73 dollars. called and was informed there was no record of my having called and cancelled the account.  cancelled account again and was once again sent another box with product in it.

Again account debited 89.73 dollars.  Called and was on hold for over an hour. Was told to return product and given an RMA number which had to be "on the box and on the invoice."  No invoice in box.  Also informed at this time it will take 4 to 6 weeks to have money returned to account.

Person on phone, a male, was rude and refused to believe there was no invoice in box.  Am now wondering if I will ever get a refund.  I think this is how they cheat people out of their money, putting no invoice in box yet insisting the RMA number has to be on invoice or "no refund.

One more thing, when I asked to speak with a supervisior I was told with each phone call "the supervisior is in a meeting and there is no way to know when the meeting will be over."
