Law Office of Herbert Davis National Consumer Advocates, Inc. Been Had and Even Worse Off Northridge CA or Tarzana, California

Absolutely do NOT pay this attorney one dime to "resolve" your debts.  His service has caused more harm to our already fragile financial situation.  As of this writing, we have been summoned by our various creditors to court and were forced to settle ourselves.  The "help" that the Law Office of Herbert Davis provided was to say the least, unsatisfactory.  Our lesson learned:  make contact directly with your creditors and hold on to your hard earned money.  We experienced much frustration with ignored calls, non-provision (perhaps non-existence?) of copies of documents between creditors and Herbert Davis' office, and a basic unwillingness of Herbert Davis' staff for prompt and time is of the essence assistance.  It is hard to imagine this was (still is?) a professional law firm.  We say this because we received a notice via e-mail that there has been a change with whom we are to start dealing with.  So instead of the "Law Offices of Herbert Davis" it is now "National Consumer Advocates Inc.", 9420 Reseda Blvd. Suite 830, Northridge, CA 91324.  BTW, we did our due diligence before signing into this debt resolution program and had we known then about others' experiences with Herbert Davis, we would not have done so.  Really, we could have saved ourselves from this nightmare of this supposed opportunity to [responsibly] settle with our credit card companies because of our reduced financial ability to pay off our debts.
