Is this going to be the lame excuse you give to everyone who has the EXACT same complaint? You smooth talk your way into getting a SUBSTANTIAL retainer from clients who trust that you'll fight for them, then you do NOT show up in court and do NOT file mandatory paperwork, then LIE about it! You did this exact same thing to me and others- as everyone can clearly see. I've also found out from reliable sources that you are well known for doing this to people, and have a HORRIBLE reputation! SHAME ON YOU for your UNethical practices! SHAME ON YOU for STEALING money from me and my CHILDREN! SHAME ON YOU for misleading me and others into believing that you are a competent and caring attorney! You proved otherwise on many occasions. You should NOT be practicing law! I remain APPALLED by your actions- and lack thereof! Because of your LACK of CARE, KNOWLEDGE, and ETHICS, you made an already difficult situation MUCH worse- subsequently causing my children and I to SUFFER needlessly even more! You are NOT a decent man. You are a money-hungry, selfish, UNethical and CROOKED attorney who LIES to prospective clients, promises them the world to obtain a retainer, then runs with it! SHAME ON YOU!!! To all perspective clients, do NOT trust Julian Hayes!!! Look elsewhere for someone who actually WORKS on your case- ON TIME!!! Calling people "disgruntled clients" is an obvious COWARDLY excuse for being a CROOK!!! By the way, it's not "slander" if it's TRUE!!! That's your COP-OUT!!! 

I, too, made the MAJOR mistake of being manipulated into hiring Julian Hayes. He talked a good game, and he'll use that demeanor to  BATE you. Be warned, do NOT hire this THIEFf!!! After essentially STEALING a $5,000 retainer, he did NOT show up in court for me, either. He also did NOT turn in essential paperwork that I filled out, causing me to be held in CONTEMPT months later, then tried to HIDE it from me! I've also caught him red-handed flat out LYING several times! Once he gets your retainer, you'll RARELY hear from him.

I've come to find out about him from the LEGAL community in Tampa (VERY reliable sources) that he's got an AWFUL reputation for doing this to MANY people! As you can clearly read, several of us have filed similar reports, and this is just what you see on this particular website! Look at the pattern here- he STEALS your retainer, does NOT show up in court, does NOT file mandatory paperwork, LIES, etc... Essentially, he takes your money and runs!  

I had to borrow money to hire a NEW lawyer because I could clearly see that if I went any further with him, I was going to LOSE!!! Make no mistake, during your initial consultations he will lead you to believe that he's a caring, ethical, knowledgable, diligent, and savvy attorney. This couldn't be FARTHER from the truth! After what he did to me and my children, abandoning my case, lying, STEALING from us, etc... if ANYthing comes out of it, I can at least help another person from making the same mistake! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!! JULIAN HAYES IS A CROOK AND A LIAR!!!

This report was filed by a gentleman that gave me information regarding liens against aircraft that was found to be incorrect or erroneous. I did a substantial amount of work, only to find that he was not the owner of the aircraft as he alleged, and upon further examination, determined that he was not providing the entire history to allow me to make an assessment of his case. I had him pay me for 10 hours of my time, and when I confronted him, he became extremely abusive to me and my staff.

I will not respond to anyone that makes such vituperative remarks to me or my staff, and as such, will have no further contact with this individual. He is from California, allegedly involved with a Texas corporation regarding aircraft in Florida. He hides behind the ripoffreport.com site preferring to remain anonymous. He has the option to file a complaint with the Florida Bar, but recognizes that he does not have a valid claim against me. He would rather defame and slander my name and hide behind this site.

I welcome anyone to check with the Florida Bar and note that I have no ethical violations. That would be the proper venue for his claim.
