They initially stated there would be no charge for their services. Later they asked for $3,000. When informed I didn't have the money, the pretend lawyer instructed me to not pay my mortgage for 2 months and use that money to pay their fee. He kept saying how I'd save thousands a year once the mortgage was modified at a much lower rate. At one point, they even stated that they are not law firm and they do not practice law even though all thier letterhead says you're hiring a lawyer.
Do not do business with them. They will never return any phone calls nor provide any services that cannot be provided by other legitamate organizations for free.
