Law Office of Richard Clark is nothing but a Debt Collector masquerading as a Law Firm. Their BBB rating is F, and they practice unethical and even illegal activities in violation of FDCPA laws. Specifically, they called my family member and told her that my account would impact her too. They continue to call my family member still today in violation of the law re: third party contact. They threatened legal action if I did not pay immediately, on the first phone call I ever received.
They started auto-dialing my numbers multiple times a day before I even received the written notice alleging the debt amount. They made multiple settlement offers and never generated a settlement offer letter even though they said they would send it on three separate ocassions.
The collector Greg is rude, nasty and unprofessional and he is the one who called my family member and lied.
This firm's reputation is horrible because of the unprofessional/unethical way they conduct themselves over and over and over again.
