Have you heard of a foreclosure case like this... where the person honors the judgment in a timely fashion & still gets evicted? Why would more than 40 attorneys & judges conceal the matter?
How about a person who pays a foreclosure judgment in a timely fashion... Denied the "Title" because of additional attorneys' fees which were ruled unenforceable by the State Appellate Court. Still the "Title" was not released. While the matter is ongoing in both State & Federal Court, person is illegally kicked out of their home losing most of their possessions. Subsequently the state appellate court denies more attorneys' fees as being unsubstantiated.
After initially redeeming... and all the bulls**t in between... the person, during this time, illegally lost the State guaranteed Statute for Right to Redemption.
Case is ongoing for more than ten years... and at this writing is not resolved... Supporting documents can be found by going to
