"Abuse of Process" is the most common element that many victims (approximately 1,319 so far, appear to be stating that they believe this happened to them)! Three past staffers appear interested in exposing the truth (hesitating with great fear---please bear in mind that if they were issued a supenoa to appear in court on the stand that they would be compelled to express the truth under oath) about what has been occurring in those cases of which have now become public record documents.
Do not allow the fear that this law firm placed on many believed to be victims to be an ongoing saga in your lives! The truth has a right to be exposed especially when damages of many types have occurred!
