I was contacted by a rep from Freedom Financial Management stating that they could get me out of debt in 3 years. Stated that the money would go into a Trust and would be paid in one lump sum as money built up. After investigating Richar A Lenard online I discovered that he was not legitament. I have been taken for almost $1000.00. I want my money back and for him to be prosecuted.

Freedom Financial Management does indeed have a client by the name of Patricia from Pine Bluff, Arkansas. However, Patricia is still enrolled in our program and according to our last contact with her on the 20th of April, she is very pleased with our services and has no intention of cancelling her program, requesting a refund, or trying to get us prosecuted.
