Overall my whole experience with the Roni Lynn Deutch law firm was a waste of time and money.  They handled everything through regular mail and wasted time by sending forms that were required - even sending the wrong ones in order to charge more for a resend.  Months went by as they tried to milk as much from us as possible.  We were on a payment plan after putting up $500 and then making monthly payments of $440.  We stayed with them for about 4 months and the letters kept coming from the IRS.  I thought that they were doing their job but they did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and only made things worse by almost getting our bank accounts seized by the IRS.  Thankfully, these things are posted somewhere before this happened so another law firm called to speak with me - Rob Arena and Associates.  He and is staff were professional and got use taken care of quickly and stopped the seizure.  We're still in process but we have a payment plan now with the IRS.  He charged about half of what RLD did but we have needed to pay a little extra on a few things.  Overall, he was accessible and professional - completely different than RLD.  Waiting for 10-15 minutes on the phone to speak with someone or leaving a message and waiting for a call back in 3 days - for what?   If we would have stayed with RLD for another month, we would have had all of our accounts drained and completely screwed.  Honestly, it's one of those scams where if it seems to good to be true then it probably is.  You can't get out of what you owe the Tax Mob - you have everything going against you.  The best you can do is to hire a good person and just stop the assault.  We finally found one but not after having to give money that we could have given to the IRS to these professional con artists.  What a complete rip off.  Burn in hell a-holes!
