They did absolutely nothing other than tell us how to fill out the forms which the IRS would do for free.  After months of having wages garnished we got a letter from someone at Roni Deutch asking if we'd accept the payment agreement with the IRS but it still had the original amount from month earlier....I wonder if they ever contacted the IRS again to find out we owed less now.  We actually settled with the IRS ourselves....total waste of $1900, we could have used that money to pay off more taxes.  The IRS did not allow a refund to be used from previous taxes and RD the big  shot lawyer did nothing on our behalf to argue our case with the IRS that would have drastically cut what we owed....I really think they're more afraid to talk to the IRS than we are!!!!
