In fact that is "Shobert Vartans" million dollar house used  for the commercial. I urge you not to waste time or money with his company.

He constantly changes his DBA name and that in itself would make it hard for you to bring a case agains him unless you signed an agreement with him with his name on the document and then you could sue him directly. If you have been coned by him check the statue of limitations to see it you have leverage to claim your money.

Yes, stay away from the girl Erica that worked from him as well. He pays her rediculous money in bonuses and also is one of his many mistresses. She will to take your money and will flurt or say what ever to take an average of $5 to $6,000.00 in exchange for empty promises. She is all about the money and will pass you off like a molded potatoe once you hand that check over. If you want your money back be sure to courner Shobert directly, he carrys a significant amount of cash and has a check book close by.
