incompetent is an understatement this attorney is a joke, she shows up late and unprepared, she has terrible courtroom procedure, she has no respect in the legal profession and even the judges don't like her. she took my $3500 retainer and did nothing for it. She should have her license to practice law revoked. she is a crook and a sham, i am not the only client that feels this way i have talked to several others with the same story.

The link you have provided in your rebutal is invalid. Anyone with any common sense can go to any Superior Court website (San Bernardino, Riverside, etc,), and look up Rossana P. Mithcell and see all the lawsuits against her for legal malpractice. Its public information. As for her A+ rating in the Better Business Bureau, anyone can get a A-AAA+ rating by paying more to your membrship (look it up!). You can also find her dirty deeds and cunsumer complaints on: scamexposure.com, lawyerratingz.com, and a few others. Sorry Rossana, what goes around, comes around. :)

don't hire this attorney, she is a scam. She advised me to hired her for a domestic violence case and made me pay up front a flat fee. She didn't even showed up for my last court hearing regarding my case and i had to stand in front of the judge by myself. My case was dismissed!
I email my attorney to a least to give back half of my money that i already paid her and she has not contact me yet. SHe is running for city counsil in Chino Hills and i been trying to contact her office many times and i get an mail back that her phones are not working but the message has been forward to the attorney.
What a bad experience i am having with this attorney, i put my faith on her and what she does is steps on it and runs away with my money...
I called other attorneys and for the most part , they answer the phone and answer my questions, few of those attorneys from other law firms stated that she is the worse attorney in San Bernardino County. SO be careful, don't make the same mistake that i did. God bless you. Run and save yourself and find another attorney!
