James E. Griswold was referred to me by the attorney I hired who moved out of state. Mr. Jim or James E. Griswold, lied about everything he told me. He did not show up for Trial 5 times as he was sick (I had to find out by going to the court house to pull the records) he told me they need further Depositions, lie. Griswold took no depositions on my behalf and lied about everything via text. He would not speak with me ever. He did no discovery, he never returned my calls, emails or texts. I had a given $250,000 case. With his negligence I got $23,000.
This man should not be praticing Law, he should not be an Attorney. James E. Griswold is a pathological liar and can not be trusted with any Legal case what so ever! I have reported him to the State Bar Association.

It took 5 years to settle a case. The Defendant offered $85,00 not to pursue the case 5 years ago. Instead I waited 5 years and got 20% of what was originally offered not to file.  Griswold saw big dollars and in the mean time the Defendant died. He is the worst person and worst Attorney I have ever come in contact with.
