The truth is there. Bradley is known to bite the hands that feed him. I have known Lawrence for years and he is the most honest, hard working and creative person I know. People are just upset because he is succeeding and they are not. This whole rip off report thing is obviously a haven for desperate disgruntled sociopaths that have nothing else to do or look forward to than trying to slander and destroy other people. Misery loves company. Get a Life, Bradley Spalter. 

I too was ripped off my Mr. Donini. I let him live in my Santa Monica apartment and got him a video shoot job for 5000 all under the promise that I would receive my 20% Commision from getting him the work. Instead he went behind my back did the job and never paid me. Also he took the money from the job and used it to pay for drugs for his own use. Needless to say he ripped off 2 very big people in the entertainment bussiness Grammy winner Bradley Spalter and talent agent Charles Eapisito. His work and work ethic was armature at best. He never delivered and when he did it was a 100 piece of shit. He lies and tells you what you want to hear but when all is said and done he gives you the worst product ever. Warming dont work with him he will rip you off and screw you over! He is cuently being sued in the state of California for fraud and failure to live up to his contractual obligations. Beware of this shady thief. He will rip you off and steal your work!

Wow, Rachel Heu, AKA Chikin AKA One Legged Chikin. I am both shocked and hurt that you would actually post a rip off report about me. 

I first met Rachel when I was just beginning film school. I had a homework assignment to film a short film for class. I was a broke student, that couldn't even afford a pizza, let alone pay an entire cast and crew. Other film students and myself put together a short film called "Swing the Sickle".

It was clear that this was a school assignment and not a major film production. I did state that I would provide meals for the cast and crew. Which I did. I stated in the emails and call sheets that this was a 10 minute mini movie/trailer for a full length feature that I was currently writing. 

After filming, the footage had been destroyed and the project was never completed. After some time Rachel popped back into my life, and we became romantically involved. After time, It seemed that our personal relationship was interfering with our business relationship, and so I called the relationship quits. This was tough for both Rachel and I to handle, considering we were still working together. 

Anyway, some time had passed and Rachel popped back into my life again. We decided to only remain friends and business partners. She had stated she was now into marketing, advertising and social media. At that time I had been working with another colleague on some charity events benefiting Free Arts for Abused Children. We partnered up with some other companies from Germany, to have an art auction and show. 

Rachel then volunteered her services and marketing company to help out with the marketing and promotion of the event. I had ordered a "step and repeat" back drop for the event from a friend of mine, under the assumption that my colleague was going to pay me the $500.00 out of the ticket sales. Well, my colleague didn't sell any tickets, so I was stuck with a printed "step and repeat" back drop and a $500.00 bill. 

I told Rachel the situation, and she stated "Don't worry, Lawrence. I will take care of it". I didnt really take it serious until she called me and said it had been paid. I was very surprised and grateful for her generosity. I didn't know how I could possibly repay her for her kind deed. I just said "thank you" repeatedly. She said not to worry about it and that seeing a smile on my face was payment enough. I said, "no, Im gonna you get you that money back". At that time, I did not know she had borrowed it from her brother. 

We were there to raise money for Charity and have a successful event. Well, due to the inflated bar guarantee, the Venue "Avalon" took all the money and there was nothing leftover after the charitable donation. Not a dime. Rachel was not worried about the $500.00 then. We remained friends. 

After the event, I began producing a feature film with a former film student friend of mine. I was promised 15,000 for producing his film. I provided the crew, cast and other essential items for production, but was never compensated for my work. I made the mistake of "counting my chickens before they hatched" and informed Rachel that I should be able to pay her on Oct 1 of 2011. That payment never came. Rachel was cool and told me not to worry about the $500.00. But I insisted I pay her back. 

From Oct until December 2011, I did everything I could to raise that $500.00, but could not. My camera had been stolen, I was robbed, etc. I explained this to Rachel, but she was tired of hearing it and told me to stop trying to pay her back. It was a gift.

Knowing that she didn't want the money back, I still persisted. I was going to get that $500.00 for Rachel. Thats when I decided to write and develop some projects, so I could give Rachel that $500.00 plus more, for helping me out. I told her my plan, and she was getting upset, because she didn't want the money and that I needed to let it go. I said "ok, but when I get an investment in my projects, I will pay you that $500.00 plus interest". She agreed. I was pleased. 

So, this afternoon, I receive an email, stating that there was a Rip Off Report on me. I was confused. Who would post a Rip Off report on me? I have never done any shady business with anyone. Then I saw it was Rachel who had posted it. I was very surprised, say the least.

So there it is.. Thats the truth. Rachel, you know my phone number. Call me and let's get this thing settled. But posting a rip off report?! Not cool. I still love ya...We have been through a lot together.
