Lazarus Labs Complete Rip OFF!! Internet

After having 2 children, I was not happy with the extra 20 pounds I had gained.  I found out about  Lazarus Labs thru a family member & purchased two of their weight loss products. Lazarus Acai Plus and Phentramin-d. I took the Lazarus Acai Plus, a Colon Cleanse, for 5 days, then the Phentramin-d for 3 weeks and then repeated the Acai for 5 days followed by 3 more weeks of Phentramin-d. I was immediately impressed by the energy it gave me and how I wasn't hungry!!! After a couple of months I have lost all of my 2nd baby weight and I am almost down to my pre-pregnancy weight!!! 

I am sooo happy I found out about Lazarus Labs and have told all of my friends and co-workers how I lost the weight.  I look better and feel better than I have in years.  You have to remember there are no miracle weight loss products- you have to put some effort into eating right and doing some exercise.  I am a school teacher and Lazarus Labs gets an A+ in my book !!!

We are of the understanding that this customer complained that the product they took did not have the affects they were looking for.  There are key points which are not addressed; the customer does not give information as to how long they had been taking the product, their exercise and nutritional intake during the time frame, or if there were other factors other than weight loss, such as added energy or clothes fitting better during or after they completed taking the weight loss product.

The customer also made the statement that they "gained weight" while taking the product.  There is nothing in Phentramin-d that would cause any individual to gain weight.

Before any order can be completed, the customer must complete a check box on the order page verifying that they have read, and agree to The Terms and Conditions of the Sale, which clearly state that we cannot guarantee results, that the customer acknowledges they are ordering a non-prescription product, and that no refunds will be issued once the product has left the shipping dock. The customer agreed to these conditions when they placed their order. Standard industry procedure is not to issue refunds once a bottle has been opened.  

This statement does not mean we do not stand behind our product.  We have many satisfied customers, however every individual has a unique biological/chemical make-up and no one can predict as to whether a customer would or would not see results from any of our products.  This is due to the fact that results vary from individual to individual on both prescription as well as nonprescription products.   Lazarus Labs manufactures quality products that have helped hundreds of thousands of people achieve their weight loss goals.

We are surprised that the complainant did not contact us about their concerns before posting on this site.  If the customer would contact us about their concern(s), we would be happy to help them resolve their issues.   Several factors can affect the rate in which an individual can/will lose weight and our staff is very knowledgeable about weight loss.   We invite the customer to contact our customer service department via email (contact info is listed on our website) or by calling 770-606-1002 ext. 502 to resolve any further issues of concern.

Last but not least, we take exception to the statement that "Lazarus Labs Phenramine-D pills were a waste of my time and money".  All of our products are manufactured according to highest industry standards, our manufacturing/packaging facility has been in business for 30 years, and we have literally thousands of satisfied customers on record.  Also of note, Lazarus has an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and a Dunn and Bradstreet AAA rating.
