Slander or Service?

The original report in this complaint doesn't really tell me much. I'd really like to ask the original person who filed the report to include more details of just what happened. Otherwise, it honestly looks like an attempt to slander either because someone had a bad experience (which can happen, but details should be elaborated on), or otherwise has a personal issue with this company or someone who works there (disgruntled employee or even a competitor).

I'd like to know exactly what happened, who was dealt with, and some kind of timeline of events and including if a complaint was made and if/how the complaint was followed up on?

Otherwise, the original report is pretty vague. I really have no idea who I should believe at this point. I'd REALLY like to get the original person to elaborate on just what happened, otherwise I see no reason why I shouldn't do business with Lead Research.
