Motor Freight, Inc. has outstanding balance of 143k that are 150 days past due. Leading Edge Logistics, Inc. terms are 30 days and they keep promissing our receivables department payments but have not received payment yet. Lori and Mike keep giving us the run arounds but payments. Don't do business with them till they pay their bills because if you are a shipper you'll be liable for freight charges under Carmack Amendment. We are pursuing the shipper for our outstanding freight charges.
