Another fellow victim here:
I never ordered the product or the sample..wondering if they got my info from another online company. I saw a small charge $6.95 on my CC called CC company to inquire. Put a dispute on charge immediately...then received two bottles of this garbage...checked my CC again to find another charge for 99.00...was told that I could put a dispute on that charge. I refused both shipments and sent them back to shipper the day I recieved them. Filed a complaint with Internet Crime Complaint Center (www.ifccfbi.gov). Credit card company (AMEX) received a response from JAB..reinstating charges saying I didn't cancel autoship within 14 days of ordering....(NEVER Ordered and filed dispute as soon as I saw charge hit my CC needless to say before I even received any shipment). Again I refused the merchandise and returned to shipper now JAB is trying to say no "refunds" but account has been cancelled. "Sound familiar...standard response!" I am looking to start a class action law suit if anyone is interested please let me know.
