Lean Life PM unauthorized charges with no help from cust service Draper Utah

I was drawn into ordering this Lean Life PM while trying to get a free hot pink razr phone back on Dec 13th of 2005. I did agree to the the s & h of 6.95 for the "free" sample. The charge was applied to my credit card that very same day. I did not receive the product until almost 2 wks afterwards.

On 12/27/06, Lean Life applied 99.90 to my credit card for product I recieved a few days before that I did not order. I then called the customer service # and talked with someone who told me to send both items back unopened (which they were) and a refund will be issued to my card.

I emailed Lean Life 2 times on 01/23/06 and never recieved a reply. I called a couple of days later and actually spoke to a live person. I was told that my returned product was received on 01/20/06 and that I would receive a refund and 3-4 days.

Well, 3-4 days has turned in to over 10 months now. With an additional charge of 79.95 on 09/07/06 for product that I never received! I moved from La to Tx since the 99.90 charge. Between the 2 charges, I spoke to Jacalyn on 03/02/06, who told me that she would send my request for a refund to the corporate office and I should receive it within 3-4 days. Also, on 05/31/06 I spoke to Jerome who told me that he will send my request over to the corporate office and they will call me back in 2-3 days. Haven't heard anything yet!

This has been a huge hastle, it's unreal how a company can actually get away with this! They have added charges to my credit card of more than 200.00 with the interest being added everyday. After reading all the other complaints, I will be going to Chase with this tmr. If they can't refund my money, I can at least order a new card with a new account #!
