In order to receive a refund the customer is instructed to follow tedious task including extended length times on hold. Information from these calls are vital in receiving a refund.
Additionally, if members opt out of the membership they are no longer eligible to receive refunds of any kind. Refunds take a minimum of 3 - 4 weeks in which time members accounts is charged again. It's a never-ending cycle.
