March 21,2011 I ordered Leanspa all I was suppose to pay was shipping and handling. I paid $1.95 for one & $4.95 for the other.On April 4,2011 I cancled my order by April 7 my account was debited $79.99 twice. I finally got through April 14 and talked to a lady and asked her why was I charged for $79.99 twice on my account on the 7th of April when I canceled my order. She told me that they already sent the clensing pills and leanspa pills out and for me to send them back and pay shipping and handling and then they will refund my money. May 14th I called LeanSpa back to see why my account was not debited back because they should have there pills back. Katherine ask me when did I send them and I told her and then she asked me for my number and she said hold on and then she told me it will be debited back to my account both $79.99 charges in 7 to 10 buisness days. Today is June 14.2011 and its still not there. I called back and it took me at least 2 hours to get through.When I got through I asked this man why hasnt my money been refunded back to my debit card.He told me that they only sent out the clensing pills to me and that is all . I told him that I talked to Katherine on May 14 and she told me it would be 7 to 10 buisness days before it will show up on my account. He told me that the email she sent me was sent in error. I told him that if they only sent out one bottle why was I charged for 2 of them and he said that I was charged for the trial ones to and that he would have to email corperant to see what can be done. All we want is to get our money back because this was false advertisment. I'm out $159.98 this is not fair for us hard working people . Please everyone pull together and stop this company from doing this to other people.
