By the grace of intelligence and a feeling that something wasn't right - followed by some research - I discovered this huge rip-off before it cost me more than the time I spent. But, at the rate of pay i am accustomed to earning, this cost me about $1000.00. Run like hell from these people, Sedrick Gardner, Ken Lear. Complain to the BBB, to the State Attorney General and by all means to AT&T. The only way to stop these rip-offs is to embarrass AT&T to cut the lifeline from these crooks. Yea! Crooks. Cedrick, if you don't like being called a crook, sue me! I dare ya! I double-dog dare ya! I'd love for you to sue me and let me get you into court, you low-life.
Can anyone describe the differences between Innovative Access Marketing's Cedrick Gardner and a carp? Answer--- One's a botton-feeding, scum sucking, trash-eater, the other is a fish!

THE END - To Steve

I think back to April when I wrote the previous comment and I cannot believe that I believed so much in that company. I also can't believe that I was trained to stick up for the company in what was no more than a tainted dream. It even got to the point where I was spoon feeding the Cydcor spin to employees, prospective employees, and even the customers. I followed their guidelines and information exactly as it was given to me. You may ask yourself, where did that get you?
I will tell you. That lifestyle SHOULD keep you from sleeping at night, unless you are a conscienceless being. You have to be a spin doctor for evil to be successful. You are told how to handle interviews and trainees by management in a way that covers up the lack of compensation, benefits, reimbursement, etc. You have to change the subject with customers so that they do not think about what is happening. Why? Because it is an ill-founded and unstable base that the company is founded upon. This may seem harsh, but truth sometimes is.
The business also got me another thing. I did get a "TOP LEADER" award and pin in Atlanta less than one month prior to my previous statement. Seemed like a great thing to me at the time and seemed like I was moving up in the company. Actually it prolonged the inevitable.
Finally, I got out. I got out. I got out.
That's right! I no longer have to "lie" or spin information for a dollar. I no longer have to worry about being seen out in public by past customers because of what I was taught to tell them. But if I could go back, I would still have worked for the company as it was a learning experience- Of what not to do.
Anyways, I got out right on time it looks like. I left the company, and for some reason THAT day, the owner announced that he was closing down. Coincidence? The organization preaches the importance of Integrity. After leaving, I can truly embrace that once again.
So Steve, you were right.

There are two ways to lie. One is to say something that is not true, the other is to not say something that has a material impact on what is being discussed. Like if you know the transmission is bad in your car and you sell it without mentioning the fact that it is bad even though the buyer did not ask, you still are dishonest and have lied about the condition of the car.
Or, if you interview someone for a job and the job really does not exist. It's a contractor position in which you will bring more money to them than yourself, and you are too far down the pyramid to ever realize an honest income.
Finally, please explain to me why the University of Tennessee has banned IAM and its affiliates and parent companies from access to the resume center. Additionally, they are not allow to interview on campus. The reason: They are not real jobs, turnover is astronomical, and jobs are really "pie in the sky" jobs. Charles, if you're dnot making $40.00 per hour there, you are being ripped off!

How good is the company?

Tell us more about the company.
Did the recruiting ad say it was a commission only door-to-door peddling job?
Did the interviewer say it was a commission only door-to-door peddling job?
How many people does the company interview every day?
How many people does the company hire every day?
How many people quit every day?
Does the company provide benefits?
Sick days?
Vacation days?
Health insurance?
Does the company provide mileage reimbursement?
What is the average wekly pay for peddling?
I'll tell you. $300 a week for 14 hours a day. That's lower than the minimum wage.
What is the rookie manager's pay?
I'll tell you. It's $30,000 a year for 14 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Just so that you know: Every year Cydcor opens 60 offices.
And every year Cydcor closes 60 offices.
