SEO Reputation Management at its best!

This company runs under Lear Marketing Group;, KSL Concepts in Atlanta; Innovative Access Marketing in Knoxville; Cydcor in a lot of places; Sells junk in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast sells AT&T services.

By the grace of intelligence and a feeling that something wasn't right - followed by some research - I discovered this huge rip-off before it cost me more than the time I spent. But, at the rate of pay i am accustomed to earning, this cost me about $1000.00. Run like hell from these people, Sedrick Gardner, Ken Lear. Complain to the BBB, to the State Attorney General and by all means to AT&T. The only way to stop these rip-offs is to embarrass AT&T to cut the lifeline from these crooks. Yea! Crooks. Cedrick, if you don't like being called a crook, sue me! I dare ya! I double-dog dare ya! I'd love for you to sue me and let me get you into court, you low-life.

Can anyone describe the differences between Innovative Access Marketing's Cedrick Gardner and a carp? Answer--- One's a botton-feeding, scum sucking, trash-eater, the other is a fish!

AUTHOR: Knupboyz - (United States of America)

LOL.... I worked for this company for about a year... Ken is so full of Sh#t... At the time I needed a job so I didnt care bout door to door because I was good at it. I made like $700 a week.... BUT THIS IS HOW THEY F#CKED ME OVER.  After like 4months I was so good, I got offered a promotion with the chance to open a new office in Nashville, TN.. So I accepted, packed up out ATL and moved with the rest of my team.... These assholes fired me a month after the move.. Hell they coulda left me in ATL... Ken Lear and Phil Trueblood are crooks.. But I got them back.. OH YEAH.....

#2 UPDATE EX-employee responds

THE END - To Steve

AUTHOR: Charles - (U.S.A.)

Steve, I retract my previous statement. The mentality I was under exemplifies the Cydcor motive. Cydcor, in this case its ICL I.A.M, trains its "employees" to have "tunnel-vision." This is supposed to be used in a positive light to only focus on goals. But in retrospect, it also shields one's eyes from the horrible truth of the cydcor lifestyle.

I think back to April when I wrote the previous comment and I cannot believe that I believed so much in that company. I also can't believe that I was trained to stick up for the company in what was no more than a tainted dream. It even got to the point where I was spoon feeding the Cydcor spin to employees, prospective employees, and even the customers. I followed their guidelines and information exactly as it was given to me. You may ask yourself, where did that get you?

I will tell you. That lifestyle SHOULD keep you from sleeping at night, unless you are a conscienceless being. You have to be a spin doctor for evil to be successful. You are told how to handle interviews and trainees by management in a way that covers up the lack of compensation, benefits, reimbursement, etc. You have to change the subject with customers so that they do not think about what is happening. Why? Because it is an ill-founded and unstable base that the company is founded upon. This may seem harsh, but truth sometimes is.

The business also got me another thing. I did get a "TOP LEADER" award and pin in Atlanta less than one month prior to my previous statement. Seemed like a great thing to me at the time and seemed like I was moving up in the company. Actually it prolonged the inevitable.

Finally, I got out. I got out. I got out.

That's right! I no longer have to "lie" or spin information for a dollar. I no longer have to worry about being seen out in public by past customers because of what I was taught to tell them. But if I could go back, I would still have worked for the company as it was a learning experience- Of what not to do.

Anyways, I got out right on time it looks like. I left the company, and for some reason THAT day, the owner announced that he was closing down. Coincidence? The organization preaches the importance of Integrity. After leaving, I can truly embrace that once again.

So Steve, you were right.

Steve, you need to fix a few things there

AUTHOR: A - (U.S.A.)

I agree with you totally by the way. These are not the type of people jobseekers should be forced to deal with, however you do just need to know so you don't sound foolish that they are not 1099 contractor employees. They are actual employees of these companies, a 1099 would not fill out a W2 and would not receive taxes out of their checks. Second, I'm pretty sure it's $300 or so that the customers get back for certain things. I've had the service before and got much more than $150. Other than that good stuff.

Charles Dreams...

AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)

In actuality, these types of organizations are almost always illegal, but they are always illegal when material facts are omitted from the interview process. You are not really being hired when you are becoming a 1099 compensation employee. I could do the exact same job you are doing with out seeing Sedrick or anyone else for that matter. You are selling a product that AT&T says one can purchase any number of places for the same price. Sedrick also told me that the primary focus was to reduce the bill of most AT&T customers because they signed up so long ago and that rates have come down so dramatically, that AT&T hired them to make sure the billing amounts were corrected downward to prevent customers from going somewhere else. That my dear friend, Charles, is a lie told to me by Sedrick. He also told me they had up to $500 to give away to each customer. AT&T told me the limit was $150. Lie number two! Men of God do not lie! Sedrick told two lies so Sedrick is not a man of God!

There are two ways to lie. One is to say something that is not true, the other is to not say something that has a material impact on what is being discussed. Like if you know the transmission is bad in your car and you sell it without mentioning the fact that it is bad even though the buyer did not ask, you still are dishonest and have lied about the condition of the car.

Or, if you interview someone for a job and the job really does not exist. It's a contractor position in which you will bring more money to them than yourself, and you are too far down the pyramid to ever realize an honest income.

Finally, please explain to me why the University of Tennessee has banned IAM and its affiliates and parent companies from access to the resume center. Additionally, they are not allow to interview on campus. The reason: They are not real jobs, turnover is astronomical, and jobs are really "pie in the sky" jobs. Charles, if you're dnot making $40.00 per hour there, you are being ripped off!

How good is the company?

AUTHOR: Jessica - (U.S.A.)

Charles:

Tell us more about the company.

Did the recruiting ad say it was a commission only door-to-door peddling job?

Did the interviewer say it was a commission only door-to-door peddling job?

How many people does the company interview every day?

How many people does the company hire every day?

How many people quit every day?

Does the company provide benefits?

Sick days?

Vacation days?

Health insurance?

Does the company provide mileage reimbursement?

What is the average wekly pay for peddling?

I'll tell you. $300 a week for 14 hours a day. That's lower than the minimum wage.

What is the rookie manager's pay?

I'll tell you. It's $30,000 a year for 14 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Just so that you know: Every year Cydcor opens 60 offices.

And every year Cydcor closes 60 offices.

#9 UPDATE Employee

Steve has obviously never worked for Innovative Access Marketing

AUTHOR: Charles - (U.S.A.)

My name is Charles and I have worked for Innovative Access Marketing (IAM) for approximately 6 months and I just have to respond to this message. I have worked with the company in the management training program and it has been a great experience... Sedrick Gardner is a man of his word. He is Kind, hard-working and always willing to help his staff meet thier goals. He is a man of God and any reference to anything different is an outright blatant lie. Steve, whoever you are have obviously never worked for IAM or for Sedrick. I will be a manager soon and you will still be spewing vicious lies that have no foundation.
