Beware of either of these companies. They use very unethical business practices and lie. Then, when you contact them for clarification they become rude and uncooperative.

In my case, the account rep filled out the paperwork wrong and falsified documents. I closed my account w/in the timeframe, but Transtech said they have a right to hold over $50,000 of my money for 180 days when the error was caused by their employee. I have provided them with everything they claim they require, like a phone number for each charge, but still no funds. Then, mysterious funds were withdrawn from my bank account, goes to find out they entered me into a lease for a credit card machine that I didn't need to the tune of $6k. When I was able to finally get a copy of it, the paperwork was modified and boxes completed that were originally left blank. Rep said it was "only a formality" to get the equipment sent. Filed paperwork with the BBB and the attorney generals office as a formality. Wish I would have done more research on them beforehand. I will continue make their life as miserable as they have made mine!
