 This was absolutely the worst lease agreement we've ever made and want to warn others.  Each month an amt. of $4.95 is charged to the acct for insurance non-compliance fee which was never requested in the original agreement form.  Now, on June 10th we've received a statement that $79.37 is being charged to our acct because they neglected to charge us this for personal tax.  We pay $.90 ea month for property tax mgmt fee and another $5.75 in sales tax.  When I asked what $79.37 pertained to nobody could tell me, however, they were argumentive that I owed this and needed to pay immediately. 

If you are looking to get a credit card machine think of this:  approximately $4,000.00 in lease agreement w/this company to have a credit card machine.  DONT DO IT!!!!!!
