When the copy of the contract I signed arrived I was shocked to see it had written across the top NON-CANCELLABLE LEASE. The salesman had told me that I could cancel with 30 days notice and a cancellation fee (standard). Would anyone ever sign a non-cancellable, 48 month lease? But there it was with not only my signature but all my home address information too.
The mobile processor I leased never worked. They offered to send a new one and I declined. I sent it back certified mail and it was received. Shortly after they sent a notice that I could buy out the lease for $4,685. That's for a $200 (at most) shoddy processor.
This company auto withdraws from my business account and I am ready to do anything to get it stopped.
