Lease Finance Group Huge fraud! This company is completely unethical and illegal. New York, New York

Lease Finance Group in New York is a complete fraud.  I signed a contract back in 2007 to lease a credit card terminal for my small business for 48 months.  The lease has been up for over a year and I called their office to ask how to return the machine to them.  Not only were they rude and abrupt and obviously irritated that I was returning the machine, they gave me the return shipping address and then hung up on me.  I returned the machine to them via Certified Mail and have delivery confirmation from the postal service.  Three months later I am still having the same $115.20 removed from my business checking account.  When I disputed it with my bank Lease Finance supplied my bank with a copy of the lease which clearly states 48 months but they stamped the top of the lease "Non Cancelable Lease."  They could have stamped that at any time.  My initials are not there to prove I had ever read or agreed to that stamp, let alone who would ever sign a Non Cancelable lease?!!  I had to close my business checking account to get the withdrawals to stop and now am reading about so many people who later are harassed by them.  I would definitely like to start a class action lawsuit against them.  This is illegal and they are stealing money from so many people.  My bank has even advised me to do this.  If anybody has similar dealing with this, I think it is going to take a group of us and an attorney to stop them.
