We leased a credit card machine through Encore. When the lease was up we attempted to get the payoff amount. After 2 months of being told we should get a new machine instead we were given a fake phone number (angry man had had other similar calls).When we finally got the right number we left messages but received no return calls. After 4 months we placed a stop payment on the auto withdrawal. One day after it was due we got our first harassing phone call. They wanted hundreds more than we actually owed them and refused to let us talk to a customer service rep. We will have to call a lawyer to get this straightened out. Do NOT use these people.
