We have an OCTIX bar on a Counterdrug response vehicle for the Washington DC / Baltimore area. The LED light bar has faulted within a few days and the measurments were significantly different as stated in previous emails:
The LED light bar paid for was a Octix bar measuring 38inches length 3inches width and 2inches height (fully encapsulated for external vehicle use) as described in description: http://ledoutfitters.com/index.php?target=products&product_id=13 The item received was model: LED-628-8 this measures 33inches (significantly shorter) 2inches width and 1.5inches height. . . and has drilled holes-for screws and open seams which would allow water and ice to build up in the unit.
I have sent several emails with no response from seller. Also several phone calls were made with no answer. An agent wil be driving to the listed wearhouse address to deal with the supplier directly.
