I have had a very similar experience to the one described by John Armour in my dealings with Leeds Domestic Cleaning and its charmless manager Simon M Macbeth. The man has zero grasp of what customer service means.

Google his name and you'll start to get some idea of the awful reputation this man has.
I would suggest that anyone who has had a similar experience do what I am doing: blog, tweet,
Facebook, Google+ about your experience. Write on all his business's Facebook pages. Contact the companies whose logos he uses on the Leeds Domestic Cleaning website (Money Supermarket have already said they won't be doing business with him in future due to reports from more than on unhappy customer), contact his companies' twitter followers.
Do everything you can to ensure that the internet is awash with stories of his ineptitude and horrendous
He obviously runs several businesses from the address 343 Roundhay Road and (coincidentally) a
'Pauline' is registered as living there. Sounds a lot like Paulina, the infamous cleaner, doesn't it! So it all seems very shoddy and two-bit. He clearly doesn't give a toss about customer service or his reputation, but at least you can be a massive pain in his arse.
Oh and I would bet significant amounts of money on the fact that there is no 'Complaints Manger'
and that the one positive response about this company on here is written by Simon himself. Read my blog - he has a track record of (in my opinion) fabricating mythical members of staff. He must think his customers are stupid.
Don't judge people by your own low standards Simon.
