I received a collect call from the Richmond Heights Police station, I had received calls before and was put through to the inmate all weekend.  On one particular call after many, I was informed that my phone number did not accept collect calls.  That was unture, as I stated I had been receiving calls all weekend. 10/1/11.  I was told by the inmate that the calls would be 15 mins. in duration@ $1.99 per call.  Another call came through and I was asked for my credit card number for the call to go through which I provided.  I checked my online banking statement, 10/3/11 and found that I was charged $31.13 for one call and the duration was 15 mins.  I am P...ed to say the least.  This is a disgrace and I find people making money off of others problematic situations is not right and should not be allowed to do this.
