Legacy Properties LLC Monica Hulzing Moved into a roach infested,filthy home cat hair in the fridge,ripped screens.poor paint broken appliances ETC. Tarpon Springs, Florida

We rented a home from Monica Hulzing at Legacy Properties LLC. We relocated from NV to FL and rented the home over the internet.Pictures where very decieving, THe home had run down appliances, roaches, ripped screens, was filthy and in desperate need of paint.

After continued compaints to Monica she informed us that the owner did not have the finances available to repair the property, she offered to "release us from the Lease". We asked if she would return all deposits and she stated yes when we moved out. We have over 170 texts and many that state we can have out money back and be released from the lease,We also have pictures of roaches and a rust leaking refrigerator etc.   

Only after we gave notice and moved out did she say she couldn't return our deposits until the property was re-rented. Then we received notice that we would not be refunded our security  deposit. Because she was leaning it for unpaid rent. She released us from the lease in writing,we gave notice paid July's rent and moved out on July 2.As far as I am concerned She owes us july rent,released is released.

We left the property in better condition than we found it in and gave her a full months rent when we really didn't have to since she released us from the lease.  She has not responded to my objection on her notice to lean my deposit. Keeps saying she had been doing this for 15 years and she doesn't have to pay us! Than out of nowhere a refund for a pet deposit of 250.00 ,mind you 2100.00 short.
