We moved into this apartment on 30th August late evening and at 10:30 PM we found huge number of Bed Bugs in Bed Rooms and Bath Rooms. We made an Emergency call around 11 PM in the night for complaining about bed bugs on the emergency number (8775767911) thinking that they will take care about bed bugs. But we got a response saying that bed bugs cannot be taken care as emergency service and they took a complaint regarding this for their records.

On the next day, 31st august we complained regarding this in lease office and we have been told that you will send an exterminator to solve the Issue. On evening a person has come, visited our apartment and inspected the apartment. He found some bed bugs in bed rooms and he did not found any bed bugs on our baggage or near our baggage as we have kept luggage in living room only. We did not have any furniture with us we just moved in with 4 Baggage to apartment.

On September 1st evening Exterminator came treated our apartment by spraying some pesticides in all rooms and on our bags and informed that bags will not be an issue hereafter. Even after the spray
we felt bug bites in the nights and we showed them by catching some in plastic bag. After that they got ready to do second treatment and finally did on 27th of September.

Right from start we have been requesting for change of apartment, as its not good for our health to stay in beg bug infected room and with the pesticides smelling all over.  We are facing headache and breathing
problems due to pesticide smell. All this harassment and mental trauma is making us sick.

We were given a bed bug infected apartment. Now we are asked to pay for the extermination fees after paying the rent and deposit in full. We had never agreed on paying the extermination fee and neither is this mentioned in the lease agreement. We also have records of the complaint we made in the first day.
