They used to operate out of the Marriott Courtyard in King of Prussia. When I contacted the Marriott, we were referred to a detective on the local police force. He indicates that many other individuals have complained about Legacy Travel, that the company does not live up to its word, and that their operation is a scam.
They are dishonest and out to make a quick buck by selling you a package that has limited value. We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I know there will be many more complaints in the future.

Mr. Dalby has received and will continue to receive exactly what Legacy promised him: membership in our travel club. As a club member, Mr. Dalby will be entitled to significant dollar savings on vacations and vacation accommodations. As a member, he will also be able to take advantage of our flight booking service, which assists in finding the lowest available air fares for vacations.
Mr. Dalby has not yet taken a single step to enjoy his member benefits. We are confident that if and when he does, he will be impressed with the astute bargain he made when he signed our membership agreement.
Our company, like most businesses, relies on the finality of its customers’ signatures on purchase contracts. No right of rescission was ever discussed with Mr. Dalby because our contract provides no such right. Nonetheless, in accord with industry professional standards, Legacy has turned Mr. Dalby’s complaint over to its credit card and merchant services provider with instructions to investigate the complaint and to refund Mr. Dalby’s payment if the provider should conclude that a refund is justified. All this has been explained to Mr. Dalby.
Legacy is proud of its travel club and invites readers of this post to consider the potential value of memberships for themselves.

Has done nothing to even try using his membership he was never misled, he has done nothing but lie about taping and my Rep tell him there was a 3 day cancellation policy. When in the membership contract it states that this is a final sale. I asked to hear the tape and it was one lie after another.
Mr. Dalby has emailed and verbally threatened me and the company because of buyers remorse. I have talked with him and unless he can't read nothing he says makes any scene and the only reason I am writing this is because I have been in this industry for over 15 years and have made hundreds if not thousands of families happy with showing them ways to vacation better and for much less money.
All I can say to him is corporate would give him a full refund if there was any wrong doing by your Rep. Please email the tape to me so I can hear the rep tell you that you have 3 days to cancel, I will not only fire that rep on the spot but I will forward it to corporate and they will make sure you get a full refund... Otherwise take a vacation you need one, I'll even have corporate pay for your first condo....
