Legal Advocate Network said they were a legal team that represented the home owner to have their home modified to the market value because of the Obama Act. Your home loan would be almost cut in half and they ask for referrals. I had referrals have certain success but clauses were in their settlement papers that didn't keep the amounts discussed and agreed upon for the duration of the loan. They asked for $1500 up front and broke up other payments to total $3500 each home. I waited for months to hear something in between calls and emails. Legal Advocate kept saying they are getting all correspondence and not to speak with the Mortgage company. I found out a month after the fact they hadn't spoken to my mortgage company in months and that my home was already sold in foreclosure. I am loosing my home because of putting trust and following their instructions.
