Legal Helper's Debt Resolution The National Law Firm of Macey, Aleman, Hyslip & Searns; Consumer Affairs Law Center; Consumer Affairs Processing Center Fraudulent, Deceptive Company with BBB F-Rating - Changing Names But Still Same Company Irvine, California

The company(s) named above have been deceptive in their practices.  They have agreed with a contract to negotiate debts in good faith with a specific amount of money and service fees.  But then, they try to call continually for more money.

Once the primary name company Legal Helper's Debt Resolution received an F-Rating and warnings by the Better Business Bureau, I received an email and called the company.  I was told that I had the option to be represented by a new law firm, receive credit for my fees, and pay $39/month to continue. 

Low and behold, I have come to find out that this "new law firm", Consumer Affairs Law Center has the same people working for them and in addition, if you call Legal Helper's or Consumer Affairs via different numbers posted on their websites and coorespondence, you get the same folks who are very elusive when answering questions.

Both of these companies are working under the National Law Firm of Macey, Aleman, Hyslip & Searns.  And by the way, they will tell you that a subcontractor "Comsumer Affairs Processing Center" is actually negotiating on your behalf.  Why can't I find this company online?
