Legend Design and Construct Dale Simons Not licensed for electrical or mechanical work!!!! Rockwall, Texas

Dale Simons with Legend Design and Construct writes up his quote contract with electrical work all over it, but then goes to the city and turns in a permit request with NO electrical work listed what so ever. 



I went to the city and no one at Legend Design and Construct has a license to perform electrical work, mechanical work or plumbing work.  They also don't do the work under any licensed person.



The City of Rockwall has NO idea that Dale or anyone at Legend is performing electrical work.

All you folks who have had electric fences installed, guess what??????  This requires both an electrical license AND a mechanical license....both of which Legend does not possess or work under.



I strongly suggest you contact the City of Rockwall/Rowlett/Garland Code Enforcement and Permits section and report the work that's been done at your house.  I would also suggest you have a licensed electrictian inspect the work.



At my house, they drilled a hole into my masterbedroom from the outside and tapped an entire outside eletrical grid into one wall socket....DANGER!!!!!!  There are two other people in my neighborhood that they've done the exact same thing......



Protect yourselves......it's not hard to get a permit as a contractor, but Dale's going out of his way to falsify the permit documents so that he hides the fact that he's doing electrical and mechanical work.....
