I have purchased multiple leggings from this company to the tune of $16-$18 a pop. Shoot I even became a "direct sales affiliate" for $5 just for the discount. At first glance, the leggings had great patterns. I ordered one pair to see the quality and I liked it. It's so hard to find good quality leggings. I took into consideration that they weren't an old company. They are a teenager company, if you will. I expected hiccups. But nothing like this. I went to put on a pair of leggings I only wore once. ONCE. I didn't play football in these, I didn't sit on concrete, I didn't toboggan down a cement slide. Nothing. I put these pants on and there were holes galore, and the fabric at the seams all but fell apart. I hadn't even washed them yet, because it was advised to hand wash and I wanted to get one more wear out of them. I contacted support. Nothing. Contacted them on the official Facebook page. Wouldn't you know it? My post was deleted and an admin on the site messages me. She claims to have given me a $5 credit on my account and by this time, I'd already ordered several more pairs. The credit never showed up despite emailing again, I've had two more pairs of leggings fall apart on me and they won't exchange them. If you complain on the Facebook page, it gets deleted immediately. Customer service is AWFUL and they have zero returns or exchanges, despite what they may say. Several people have told me this happened to them, and no longer will I buy from this company.

Hogwash!

AUTHOR: Sara - (United States)

POSTED: Friday, January 05, 2018

I was an affiliate for over a year with them. While I had to stop selling for medical purposes, I am still a strong supporter and loyal customer. Where are the screenshots from the Leggings Army page showing you lodged a complaint. Also, any real affiliate would know emailing corporate about quality issues is protocol. If you whined in the general Facebook page, it was deleted because you weren't following protocol. Do you have screenshots from when you emailed the APPROPRIATE department? If so, I'd love screenshots to be posted. Without seeing actual communication proof (that was done following CORPORATE COMPANY PROTOCOLS), I think you're simply slandering the company and I hope they sue you for defamation of character & name, as well as potential lost profits. In short? PROVE IT. Pictures of the "damaged items" are easily faked. Legitimate emails to corporate are not. I personally have over 100 pairs of legging that I rotate wearing on an almost daily basis. I have yet to have an issue. I have sold HUNDREDS of these leggings with ZERO quality issues or complaints.

Love my Legging Army Leggings

AUTHOR: Emmy - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 06, 2017

I've had my 1st 2 pairs of Legging Army leggings over a year now. I've worn them multiple times, and they're still in like new condition. I even wash them in the washing machine though iit says hand wash. I always hang them to dry. I own 6 pair, but have bought multiple others and given them as gifts. No one who received them has ever had a complaint. I've never had a bad customer service experience either, and I have had to contact them. They are a fantastic company with durable long lasting leggings that are not only great quality, but very fashionable. The different designs and solids match anyone's personality. I'd recommend them over the competition any day.

Hello, First off hunny I am so so sorry you are having this problem and cannot get it cleared up the way you need. My name is Dreama I am an consultant for Leggings Army and I must say I have never had a complaint from customers or myself about their Items. I love their active wear line it's my fav, have u tried that line? First the stitching is A+++ double stitching and the material is perfect. I am pretty sure maybe u got a defective pair, not everyone or everything is perfect. Also customer service is amazing, and they keep up with everything and keep us aware of upcoming events. I am a mom of three boys and I understand so I am gonna offer you a free pair of leggings, I will pay for them myself you just have to message me and let me know, @DreamasLegginsDream on FB or my website.

It's true

I'm sorry you are battling breast cancer. I truly am. But like I have told all of you- I still have the leggings. My photos are STILL in the Facebook group whereas my complaint was not. I accepted the credit because that was the ONLY thing Chanel and Morgan were willing to do for me- I was an affiliate as well!! That's how they treated me. Just because you don't believe it or choose to twist the facts is your problem, not mine. I wore them once- they fell apart. You can have the same problem with anyone's brand of leggings- it's how they treat the customers. Go ahead- ask Morgan about it. She'll confirm my story.

Leggings Army

AUTHOR: Cathy61 - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 04, 2017

I just have to say that every company is going to have people who are dissatisfied. I have 3 pair of these leggings and I have to say they are everything they claim to be. I liked them so much I became an affiliate. Communication is very good between myself and the company. If you have an issue with your leggings please contact your Affiliate. I know those on my team would have resolved this issue right away. This company gives women like me the opportunity to work from home. In my case I have been battling Breast Cancer for 2 years. This opportunity has given me a chance to feel like a contributing member of my family. You don't hurt the company with "Rip off" reports like this one, you hurt the many women who believe in what they are doing and who put their heart and soul into their businesses. I would have been happy to help you get your money back or replaced your leggings, this is a permanent report. Those reading it PLEASE keep in mind anyone can file a report on this site, even competing Legging affiliates. Anyone can take apart a pair of leggings and make them look destroyed. Let's imagine for a moment that her claim is valid, there's no way you would have been treated this way by Leggings Army. Why would you accept a $5 credit for a $16-$18 pair of leggings. I find it hard to believe all your leggings just suddenly fell apart.

Calling me a liar is real mature. In fact, scroll through that Facebook group- your bound to see my photos. I have my hole- filled leggings- if you'd like to buy them because you have so much faith, I'll sell them to you full price. I don't want a handout. I don't want free leggings. What I DO want is for people to not get scammed like I did. I'm not sure what posting your PayPal account was in reference to, nor am I positive what your lengthy history had to do with anything either. Maybe to distract a reader from the fact that you had no point. Either way, I have all of my proof to prove my situation, and I don't need your validation.

Absolutely...NOT...True

AUTHOR: WeEmpowerU - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, March 30, 2017

I discovered Legging Army in August of 2016 and ordered my first 2 pairs of leggings.

I absolutely Loved them, as did my teenage daughter.

As advertised, they were extremely Soft, Butter Soft, did not get thin when stretched, and after a few washing they held up wonderfully, I washed them in the washing machine and dried them in the dryer.

I decided I wanted to sell them, Legging Army offers an Affiliate Program so I signed up. I shared my Affilate Link with my best friend, who purchased an Affiliate Kit. I received my first commission from this sale the next Friday through Paypal. My best friend called me after receiving her leggings and told me how much she Loved her Legging Army Leggings and how Impressed she was with the Quality of Legging Army Leggings.

At the time of my joining the Legging Army Affiliate Program, Legging Army was running a Sale and I purchased $324 worth of Legging Army Leggings, approximately 30 pairs, as I paid $10.00+ a pair, due to the Sale and in combination with my Affiliate Discount.

My daughter and I kept 10 pairs, each, and I sold the other 10 pairs.  I made business cards and asked friends in our Local Town to carry them in their Local Businesses and share my business cards.  Everyone, and I do mean everyone, who has purchased Legging Army leggings through my Affiliate Website have had nothing, and I mean nothing, negative to say about Legging Army Leggings. Everyone goes out of their way to stop me when I am shopping in our Local Community Grocery Store to tell me how much they love their Legging Army Leggings.

My daughter and I still have the beginning 20 pairs I purchased and we kept for ourselves. We have worn them more times than either one of us can count, and they have been washed, again, more times than either one of us can count.  The Legging Army Leggings have NOT, shrunk, faded, or stretch out in the 6 months that my daughter and I have worn them. I am many sizes Larger than my daughter, yet we wear each others Legging Army Leggings. And Still, every time we wash them, they come out of the dryer looking exactly like they did the first time I umpacked them after purchasing them.

My daughter, the women, juniors, and children in my community, and myself, are Amazed with the Durability of Legging Army Leggings. Again, everyone I have spoken with who have purchased the Legging Army Leggings, for themselves or their daughters, go on and on about how they do NOT fade, 6 months later they look exactly as they did the day of purchase.

And, as for the person who posted this slanderous nonsense about poor communication and poor quality of Legging Army Leggings, I honestly will not believe a word of what she has stated in her complaint. I would not want to call someone an outright Liar, but if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck...well...obviously...it is a Duck.

The only reason I can think of for someone to tell such blantant outrageous misinformation, about poor communication and poor quality leggings from Legging Army...is either they are a Legging Competitor looking to Slander Legging Army...or...are looking for a handout by making false accusations in hopes of getting their money back and keeping the Leggings for free.

Definitely not Spam

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Sunday, February 19, 2017

I'm sorry you disagree and have had nothing but good experiences with this company, but I have not. A simple search on their Facebook group will show you that this topic has been brought up numerous times, with my original post being removed but my comments have not. Sorry, it's not a new company thing, multiple people I know have tried their leggings at varying stages of their company growth and they fall apart EVERY. TIME. Trying to return is a nightmare. For a company that is "so good" you would think their customer service would be better.
