Missed delivery by two days

The reason Mr. Berumen feels he is ripped off is he missed delivery by two entire days and was fined accordingly. His rate confirmation clearly stated the terms and we have a copy of this confirmation signed by Mr. Berumen. Supporting documents can be provided upon request.
