Legionnaire Insurance Trust They don't pay claims Internet

When my father died in August 2011, I contact this insurance company. They asked me to provide tons of information about his medical history. As of October 2012, the company has gone out of its way to deny the claim. They continue to request more and more medical records. Usually they ask for the same information I already sent them. I have provided medical records from all the doctors that took care of him and the hospitals where he stayed. Legionnaire Insurance Trust justs keeps asking for more and more information. They never say when they will pay or what they will pay. I have spent countless hours driving to doctor's offices and hospitals trying to obtain the same information in different formats to satisfy this insurer. I have spen hours on the telephone with them. Each time they request a record, they get the information, then request more information. It;s obvious too me now that they never intend to pay anything.

I am writing to warn other veterans to avoid this Legionnaire Insurance Trust insurance. They say they are endorsed by the American Legion. As a member of the Legion myself, I want to warn other verterans to use caution when paying good hard earned money for something their family will never benefit from.
