I purchase a above ground swimming pool replacement liner over the phone with this company. After giving pool measurements to the salesperson he told us the liner would fit. Our pool is 30ft around and the wall is 52" high and we needed an overlap liner. So we placed the order on June 18th and received the liner the following week. When we installed it, the sides barely overlapped, but we finished the install, put the top of the pool back together and started filling it with water.

When there was a foot of water in the pool the liner started pulling out of the coves which hold it in place. It took numerous phone calls and almost 4 weeks before they agreed the liner must be defective and they sent us a replacement, the exact same manufactured liner. By the time the replacement came my grandchildren who came out to visit from Wisconsin never had a chance to go swimming because they had to go back home.

So we installed the new replacement liner which also did not fit. Now the company Leisure Living/Pool Supplies.com are refusing to take it back. They claim once the liner is unfolded we can not take it back. The sales person had assured us the liner that was 30ft round would fit pool 48" to 52" high, He never told us that once we unfolded the liner they would not take it back.

The sales manager did not return our phone calls when she said she would and has told us under NO circumstances will they take the liner back even though it is brand new. Now I am out $329.99 for the liner and will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this company again. I have also posted on their FaceBook page and have told all my family and friends to never purchase from this company. I am urging anyone that reads this BUYER BEWARE to not buy ANYTHING from LEISURE LIVING/POOLS SUPPLIES.com.

I received a call today from the customer service manager at Leisure Living. I will receive my refund in about 72 hours. They asked me to remove my original complaint from this website and I promised them I would.  Unfortunately this website does not allow me to remove only to update. So for my update I want you to know that I have gotten satisfaction from this company and I will continue shopping there. So I hope that after you read the original complaint you have taken the time to read my two updates to this story.  I am very glad that Leisure Living worked with me and now I can tell you that their customer service department does work with you and please don't be afraid to purchase from them.

Leisure Living is giving me get a refund

Previously I posted that I was having trouble getting a refund for a pool liner I purchased through Leisure Living/ PoolSupplies.com After leaving a voice mail to the president of the company regarding the pool liner that did not fit and I wanted to return it for a refund. Customer service called me and have agreed to credit back my credit card for the purchase after I emailed a photo of both liners that did not fit my pool. Photos have been emailed to customer service and I am now waiting for my credit.  I will now continue making purchases from Leisure Living / Pool Supplies.com. After a couple of stressful months I now believe that there customer service is definitely there to help the consumer.
