Lender Network Plus LA Funding Lender Network Plus is the same company as LA Funding rip off company of several thousand in Jamaica Kingston 5, Internet

After being ripped off by LA Funding, in Kingston 5 Jamacia,  a gentleman who calls himself Bill Carrington called and said that he was the CEO of the company, that he was sorry for what we had been through and wanted to help.  We needed to send $1500 to complete the deal for the loan.  We asked for a letter of Gurantee to confirm his arrangments.  He emailed it over (from another company's email address) and when we received the document it said the name of the company was Lender Network Plus.  Mr Carrington claim that he has been the CEO of this company for 20years and that he fired all the people that ripped us off, but he would not address the fact that even though he had the same telephone number the company name was different. We told him that we were not comfortable in sending more money, and he keep lowering the amount and giving us different reasons why he needed it.  He finally got down to $395, and said that was a transfer fee that a private holding company charged to delivery our check to us in the US. (I checked with Brink Securities no such fee would be charged).   When we refused he said that to get a full refund of what we already put in, we had to send them $595 refund fee.  The man that claims to be Bill Carrington forgot one time when he called and identified himself as Robert Sterling.  He offered to pay off our credit cards so that we could use the money to send to him. Since they only receive payments by Western Union and Moneygram, this new scam would have paid off our cards, then he would have us take a cash advance to send to them, then not only would we have lost more money we would be in double debt with the credit cards.  He has changed his number to try to avoid detection.  Before is was 876-280-8852, now it is 876-891-9574, same man, same company.
