I would like everyone to know about the company Lennox Trading or Elennox.com. They specialize in Caribbean hair products that are purchased mainly by Latinos community and others who have ethinic , and textured hair. I have purchased from this company for 1 yr (9/2011) . But my worst experience was recently July,2012 and that will be my last time!! I purchased 4 bottles of a leave-conditioner called La Plancha and not paying any attention because I had ordered from them before that there was an expiration date on the bottles that said February 2012 . Mind you I ordered these bottles in July 2012. Anyways I kept noticing by September (2012) that my hair was extremely dry breaking off, with split ends. I became worried. I Went to salon got hair cut keptand I using the products . Long story short by November I examined the bottles and I noticed the expiration date on them was for Feb 2012! I had to get another haircut because my hair was so damaged ! I have had 3 haircuts in 2 months because of these expired products they sold me! I contacted the owner, Mark Urella ,by email and told him what happened and he said" that is the manufactered date". I guess he thinks customers are stupid! Anytime there is a date o a product be it bread or hair conditioner and a date stamped on it means expiration! I will never reccommend any products from Lennox Trading nor from Mark Urella especially the hair products purchased from the Dominican Republic! I have saved the bottles for proof and hair stylists appointments records to correct this damage done to my long and otherwise healthy hair! Don't let them take advantage , or F##*** up your hair like they did mine!! Diane P.
