Lenny Perez STRIDE Performance Training Personal trainer tried to use big words to defend his actions before disappearing with my money jersey city, Nationwide

Unfortunately I found out too late about Lenny Perez's reputation for showing up late to appointments, canceling last minute, not tracking the sessions you paid for and being generally full of crap.  I also heard the rumored about his eviction from this apartment building (possession of narcotics) too late to avoid being taken advantage.

My fiance was told that she was purchasing months of personal training in advance but after the cancelations and general unreliability above I contacted this individual to negotiate a refund which included a generous discount on his part.  He and I agreed on a plan to give me back some money for the unused 47 personal training sessions.  He flaked out.  Agreed to a plan again - flaked out again.

Etc. 

He represented himself as insured (This was confirmed to be false).  He represented that he was afailated with the apartment building's management company (false).  He said he trained Ice and Coco (total BS) and a wall street executive I won't name who supposedly shows up to a gym drunk every day.  Claimed that his eyes were red because he fell asleep with his contact in (see narcotics rumor above).  Says that he has a contract signed by my fiance with his no refunds policy - won't send a copy of it to my lawyer.

I need to find out where he works now so I can make sure he doesn't take advantage of more people.  Working on getting him fired from and or sued by Equinox for using their branded material in his personal training.
