Do yourselves a favor and do NOT order contacts from Lensmarketplace.com. I ordered from them over a month ago, paid an extra $40 for Express Shipping so that I would receive them within 3-5 business days as they claim, and still have not received them.
The first time I contacted them through email, a person named ALEX replied, telling me that the contacts I ordered were out of stock....which I think is fishy because their website said nothing about those 2 pair being out of stock...that's why I ordered them lol. I waited patiently for a few weeks. I have now sent them more than one email and have never heard back from them...not one reply. Hmmm...seems like ALEX has pulled a disappearing act...imagine that.
It's one thing if it's taking a ridiculous amount of time for my contacts to arrive...but it's another if the company completely ignores my emails and doesn't feel the need to give me information on my order, which cost about $120. It's just BAD BUSINESS, and I won't allow them to rip me off this way.
Ready for the best part? United States Postal Service sent me an email today saying they are unable to locate any information on my shipping order through the tracking number I was given when I ordered the contacts. So let me get this straight...I paid $40 for Express Shipping to Lensmarketplace.com, was given a tracking number so that I could track it, and was supposed to receive it within 3-5 days.........and a MONTH later I still have no package and am being told by the postal system that my package doesn't exist??? And have also received no communication from Lensmarketplace.com?
Whoever reads this...PLEASE do NOT ever order from Lensmarketplace.com! Do not give them any of your $$$....you'll only be sorry that you did.
