at its best!

lenscrafters blew me off on repairing a fogging issue! My left lens is slowly becoming a solid white! It is in the lens and is no longer transparent!!Its like looking through paper and is spreading to the point I can no longer see through the lens!!!!!!! I will NEVER shop there again as they have NO customer service,I will have to get a new lens at my cost!!And getting every option it will cost ME if can even be done $$$$$$$$$

Foggy Lens

AUTHOR: JS - (United States of America)

I had the same problem with Lenscrafters and their foggy lenses. I noticed  my  left lens had a  smudge; and over the months the smudge was getting bigger. I went to Lenscrafters to see if they can fix the problem. The sale representative  told me they cannot give me a discount on the lenses because it was passed the one year warranty and I will have to replace both lenses for $160.00. I thought it was very poor  customer service; and it was not my fault that my lens was defective. My lenses should have been replaced for cheaper. I will never go back to Lenscrafters. Consumers be vigilant!
